In August 2020, after 14 years, Fr Cartwight moved to the Bayside Mission.
St Fidelis joined with the churches of: St Ambrose's Brunswick, Our Lady Help of Christians Brunswick East and St Joseph's Brunswick West to form the Brunswick Moreland Catholic Mission under the guidance of Fr Linh Pham & Fr Greg Bourke.
